Credits are the currency used to edit and generate images with FLUX.2. Each image transformation costs a certain number of credits, while advanced editing features may require additional credits. Subscription plans automatically refill credits at the start of each billing cycle: monthly subscriptions provide credits valid for one month, while annual subscriptions issue all credits upfront, valid for one year. One-time credit packs can be purchased separately and never expire.

Subscription credits reset at the end of each billing cycle: unused monthly credits expire at renewal, and unused annual credits reset when the new year begins. One-time purchased credit packs, however, never expire (except trial credits).

Yes. We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee from your purchase date. To qualify, your account must have edited fewer than 15 images and at least 75% of purchased credits must remain unused. Refund requests must be submitted to support@flux2pro.co within 7 days of purchase with your order details. Please note: subscription renewals, free or promotional credits, and accounts exceeding usage limits are not refundable.
